Everything ran very smoothly from test drive to purchase and delivery. Will Houldridge was very smart, patient and knowledgeable throughout keeping me fully informed during all stages to delivery of the car.

Really positive experience on this my 2nd purchase from the Hull bmw centre. Staff were helpful and timely and found me a car in stock which suited my requirements. It was a relatively quick turnaround process too.

Turns out my sump plug was cross threaded could have been done previously,oil filter housing apparently just disintegrated,couldn't remove the spark plugs so I had to get them done elsewhere,plus discs & pads are ok yet was told they need doing.asap

Shambles trying to book the recall in. Was told I had to pay for the courtesy car. Also told I would be getting a £100 voucher... now reminded. No answer from their so called customer service dept

WAS FINE BUT REPLACES A PART THAT FAILED AND WAS REPLACE UNDER WARRENTY. BUT HAD TO PAY AS BMW DONT WARRENTY A WARRENTY PART.

As I've wrote above paid £40k plus for car 2 years ago took back for a recall and had to take a days holiday to do it,it didn't get done they then collected it from Scarborough and used my fuel to get down there and back TWICE!

Very bad customer service experience as I was almost deceived giving me the wrong information. I was told to pick up my car on Saturday but it was not repaired when I went to collect it. I had to speak to the service manager to get a simple task done

Extremely hard to phone service desk. Long phone wait to the point of giving up having listened to the prerecorded "adverts" ad nauseum. Contacted service manager following a customer service email & heard nothing which is true to form.

Because i had a bad experience at stratstone in Hull. I will not be taking my vehicle into the branch again as this was all too stressful for me and i would not want to have to endure the bad experience i had with the recall on my vehicle.

EGR valve sorted on time. My only issue was the car is making a vibrating noise after but I should be able to sort it out myself. Sounds like some plastic vibrating near the air filter.

Two 60 miles trips , two afternoons taken off work to have an airbag recall taken care of , service staff left me sitting there with no updates until I went over to their desk to find out what was taking so long , not informed at any stage . Awful

Adblue sensor replacement was extremely expensive and the fact it was needed with a low mileage and always filling Adblue as required was very painful
