I never felt rushed, Mark made sure I was in the loop and always answered any questions, no matter how silly they might have been! Viewed, test drove and picked up the car all within a week.

Although BMW repaired a sunroof seal, the fact that this is a recognised fault on my X5 vehicle for something that should not fail after 3 years, I was basically told ' tough' you have to pay to have it repaired. Not happy and won't be back

Initial 'Chassis' warning error. Works were carried out however on receipt of car back, Knocking was now present from suspension. Service staff explained that mechanic had not tightened up a bolt properly. Asked for an email explaining BMW position.
